Booking Policy – Edith Hair Plus
Welcome to Edith Hair Plus – Perth’s home of premium haircare. To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for all our clients, please take a moment to read through our booking policy.

Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, byphone, or in person at the salon.

• You will receive a confirmation email or text once your appointment is successfully booked.

• Certain services may require a consultation before booking to ensure the right fit for your needs.

Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from your
final bill on the day of your service. Bookings require a 25% or more deposit.
Deposits help us manage time effectively and respect both your time and our stylists’
schedules.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand life happens! If you need to change or cancel your appointment,
please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours may result in forfeiting your deposit. Cancellation fee of $20 is charged. No-shows or repeated short-notice cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to
complete your service and your deposit may be forfeited.
We value your time and strive to keep appointments running on schedule.

Service Adjustments
At Edith Hair Plus, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your
service, please contact us within 5 days and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind or for services already performed.

Health & Safety
If you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions, please reschedule your
appointment. We reserve the right to decline service if it may compromise the safety or comfort of others in the salon.

Wigs & Online Purchases
Wigs purchased online are final sale unless faulty. Due to hygiene reasons, we
cannot accept returns on worn or tried-on wigs.
For customised wig orders, please allow the stated processing and shipping time
outlined on the Shop page.
